Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping Policy


Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday. Please allow for additional time during Holidays and busy seasons.  We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible!  Since we do not stock all items and flavors, your order may be delayed so that we can make your favorite item fresh for you!

Standard Rates

UPS is our preferred carrier.  Shipping rates are approximate rates until you enter your shipping address and complete the order.  Rates are based on total weight and the delivery zone. This is automatically calculated in the shopping cart once you have completed your order.

Please double check shipping addresses before submitting your order. An incorrect address may result in a delayed or returned order with additional charges.

International Orders 

We do take international orders!  Customer will be responsible for all taxes, tariffs and additional packaging needed to deliver your product safely. Please e-mail us for further information and a quote at

Warm Weather and Warm State Shipping

Shipping chocolate items can be tricky, but rest assured your goodies will arrive safe and sound. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policy before you order. Since chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees, it is necessary to utilize cool packing and/or upgrade shipping times during all warmer weather or when shipping to a year-around warm state. 

Please do not let your package sit in the sun once delivered!

Warm States Policy: any shipping address to a year-around warm climate state are listed below.  These shipments may be shipped with our heat resistant packing and ice packs referred to as “Cool Packing”.  Additionally, your shipment may need to be upgraded to 2nd day or next day air delivery. 

Warm states include: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, LA, MS, NV, NM, SC, TX.

Warm Weather Policy: during the months of May through September, most shipments require cool packing.  All chocolate items (except fudge) are shipped with heat resistant packing with ice packs (cool packing).  Warm Weather cool packing is an additional charge, but we will notify you of any additional charges via e-mail if not already calculated at checkout. Orders may need to have upgraded shipping to next day or 2nd day air depending on the temperatures during transit. No Friday shipments. 

Shipment Holds

WOW! Gourmet Fudge, LLC reserves the right to place a hold on a shipment, if we feel the order will not arrive in good quality due to weather conditions. We will notify the customer by e-mail with any changes in shipping and/or cool packing cost. The order will ship out upon receiving an e-mail from the customer confirming acceptance of the new costs due to Warm State/Warm Weather Policy.

Weekend Policy

We like to avoid additional weekend transit times. Depending on when you place your order and what zone the product is being shipped to, we may need to wait until the beginning of the new week to ship your order. 

If you order on a Friday, or are shipping a package to a Warm State, or are shipping during any Warm Weather over a weekend, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WOW Gourmet Fudge. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange for a return or exchange. We'll be happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, such as fudge, unless they arrived damaged or defective. If you have any questions or concerns about our return and exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
