Refund and Returns Policy

As a small family business we understand the importance of excellent customer service.  YOU are important to us.  We love to do business the old fashioned way, as in waiting on you personally, or talking with you over the phone. 

 

We believe in a world of e-commerce customer service should not be lost.  In fact it is even more important for us to keep a connection with you.  There is a family behind this website and a company that believes in the quality and integrity of our product.  You are a person behind an email/phone that deserves the very best customer service from us. Returns/Exchanges

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do NOT offer returns on Perishable Goods or edible items. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines to name a few cannot be returned. If your product was damaged, you must report the damage to us immediately upon delivery along with our shipment tracking number. Contact us at 803-99FUDGE for complete instructions on returns. Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards are Non-returnable and Non-refundable.

 

 

Shipping

Shipping Damage (if applicable)

If your items were damaged during our shipment to you, we may replace these items. The product damage must be reported to us immediately with our shipment tracking number. All damaged items may need to be returned to us. Once approved and return item is received, we will ship a replacement to you. 

Shipment Damaged for Gifts (if applicable)

If the items was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement for any damaged product. Please follow the instructions above under Shipment Damage.

Returns (If applicable)

If you are required to return your product, you should mail your product to: WOW! Gourmet Fudge, P O Box 163, Glenshaw, PA 15116, USA

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest considering using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Since we have to rely on an outside company to ship your product we can Not and do NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only made after approval from us. Please contact as soon as you receive your damaged items. See information above under Returns/Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
